I purchased the iCandy travel system at the Baby Show in London Olympia. The service was fantastic, quality product at a great discount too. Delivery was on time as scheduled. Would definitely recommend!

I ordered a car seat that has been discontinued by the manufacturer and is therefore in short supply as stocks run out. I phoned my order through just before 5pm on a Monday - the seat was delivered Wednesday afternoon. Very impressed - I will use JustKidding again!

I'm having my first child and was not sure on what I needed to buy. I did my research myself on prams, cots etc. a friend recommended justkidding to me as I was not sure what I needed. As soon as I walked in I felt so welcome. Shikha looked after me and was so patient. She went through everything that I will need including the small things that I never knew about! There prices are cheaper than buying the items directly or from other retailers and they are bery honest - if they can't get an item cheaper they will let you know where to buy it from. I would definately recommend visiting justkidding if you are expecting, especially with your first child!

In my personal opinion I am the typical nightmare customer. I changed my mind, asked loads of questions, debated on different models and the whole time the staff were lovely! I even asked them to test the size of the buggy in a Nissan juke and they did this no problem. Would only recommend just kidding as the service is fab.

The people in the shop were very, very helpful. They helped my daughter on the phone with the many questions that she had about the buggy and consequently bought it. They then were helpful about arranging the transfer of the buggy from the warehouse to the shop in time for me to pick it up the next day.

We ordered Peach3 i candy via baby show @ earls court in October 2014. Very helpful sales lady. There was a slight delay with the courier company but Just Kidding staff were communicative re what was happening and resolved the matter with minimum fuss. Recommended.

There was a few miss understandings and lack off communication with a few things at first but after speaking with Shikha she was most understanding and apologetic for any worry caused and really brought the customer service standards high like they should be , im glad I spoke to her ,she restored my faith back into the company so I would consider using just kidding again ...overall im very pleased now and over the moon with my new icandy buggie :-) and thanks again Shikha for all your help and what you done for me ..thankyou x

We were very happy that we attended the baby show as we ordered our icandy from there and got not only a great demonstration but were served very well by Just Kidding. We have also received our goods in safe condition. Had to wait in for the delivery but we were informed about that.

Ordered the strawberry 2 package at the baby show. We were aware there was a wait on this but didn't have time on our hands. They delivered it to us the day they received it - now happily using it for our 2 day baby!

I was very happy with the purchase made at the baby show Olympia, I was served by Neera who was very helpful and advised me the best. We were promised a call two weeks after the show which happened on time. I cannot fault their service I received from the staff at just kidding. I was able also change the address last minute. Good job!

Great service at Olympia Baby Show! Everyone could see how busy Just kidding was – Despite that they helped us and gave us the attention we needed whilst spending over £1000 with them. They delivered the goods within the week and we are so happy ! We had a slight problem with our peach adaptors but they replaced that with no questions asked ! Will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Very pleased with the service I have received from the beginning to end from Just Kidding. At the show I was able to discuss more about my purchase with the Just Kidding team making sure I was not making a mistake with my purchase. I will be using Just Kidding again and highly recommend them.

Prompt service! Excellent communication! Over the moon with my iCandy pram which I ordered on Sunday and recieved by Tuesday.

I ordered an iCandy package on Saturday at the Baby Show and my wife was due for a C section on Wednesday. They let me collect the twin package from their warehouse. Although the warehouse was closed, one lady took me there and gave me all the items just to help us out. This service goes a long long way. Would not get this from a Mothercare or John Lewis. Highly recommended !

We attended the baby show this October, amongst all the companies Just Kidding were most professional and made my wife very comfortable during her purchased of an icandy package. our twins came early and Just kidding went out of their way to get our good delivered with in 48 hours. I Don't know what i would've done without their help as i needed the car seat to take my girls out of the hospital. i am surprised at the some negative reviews as they have been nothing but co-operative with us. but i guess you cant please everyone. thank you just kidding i will definitely recommend you to all my friends and family.

As first time parents I felt Just Kidding took all the pressure away from me by guiding me in the right direction. The service was priceless from start to finish including delivery of the products I bought. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I will and have recommended my friends and family to shop from Just Kidding.

The service at the baby show was good however the after service was poor. No follow up after the event. When I called I was told I would get a call 2 days later and I didn't. A real lack of communication from justkidding. I now have expected dates of when I should hear more I will see if they are proactive in contacting me.

We had an early arrival and thanks to San in dispatch justkidding manged to get our pram to us in time to walk our newborn home. After some issues with Lohn Lewis, who could not fulfill our order, we were delighted to find Just Kidding, who have done everthing they could to get our purchase to us on time. Thank you.
