The smoothest purchase I have ever made which is very satisfying considerate it was one of the most important my bugaboo cameleon 3 travel system. I bought some icandy accessories over the phone, which I hadn't seen and couldn't get hold off locally. I trusted the staff member which helped me and sent me exactly what I was after. Really, really good service. Amazing staff and very fast delivery.
Looked for britax b dual could only find it for £500 until I looked here and got it with free child seat for £345!! Car seat never arrived first day so they expressed delivered it so it arrived next day. Good customer services!
We ordered the bugaboo cam 3 package 6, which is quiet a high value package. We were a bit apprehensive about placing the order as JK were about £170 cheaper than anywhere else and could supply the colour we wanted that nobody else could, which seemed a bit too good to be true. We placed the order regardless, and received email confirmation quickly which put our minds at rest. I was still a bit apprehensive so I emailed them to ask about delivery to which they replied promptly. Although when we ordered through the website it said "in stock" we had to wait 16 days for delivery, one of the items was damaged in transit but JK informed us of this and a replacement was with us the next day. All in all a good service, although we didn't get any updates without asking, they replied to all our emails usually within the hour. Would definitely use again and recommend to everyone.

Good communication from just kidding but delivery was very poor. Delayed & delayed again due to stock, which when I ordered my item said 'in stock'
I was a little apprehensive about ordering something so expensive as a car seat from a company I hadn't heard from, but they were£20 cheaper. Ordered mid afternoon Monday, arrived to my neighbours house midday Tuesday!
Thats the second time i ordered from just kidding and bugaboo products arrived quickly every time.Really happy with the service. Minor criticism:the wool seat liner for the pram has a strong cigarette smell...obviously not pleasant for a baby.will need to give it a wash first.

Great idea to have a swivel seat, easy to handle the child and easier on your wrists, especially with a higher seated vehicle.
When my order got lost by royal mail I called just kidding and they were nothing other than halpful! They re sent my parcel next day delivery with no problem and the products were perfect. Highly recommend!

Only disappointment was there was no home delivery option and the shop seemed to be short staffed.
Bought my pram from this store 2 years ago and received a very helpful and friendly service. I recently went back to purchase a new set of wheels for my pram and received the same treatment. The only negative I would say is the service is abit slow as there were only 2 staff members and the shop does get busy on the weekends.
