I purchased a bugaboo from Just Kidding back in June 2014. The service was great with really prompt delivery and communication. The bugaboo developed a fault with the locking mechanism which Just Kidding sorted out quickly and efficiently despite us living some distance away from the store, arranging quick delivery of a replacement chassis and again with great communication from Hasmita and the team. I would have no hesitation in recommending Just Kidding to friends and family.

Car seat bag undone fluff on car seat base in bag still that was ok my view is someone has clearly purchased this befor my and sent it back from the condition of the box,surely your company would not resend this item to another customer in this disgraceful condition considering its price and comany reputation..............?

I ordered an Icandy stroller to delivery in Belfast for a friend who was there, Because I leave in Dubai and there isnt wordwide delivery. He brought to Dubai and there wasnt receipt inside the box, that the girl fron just kidding told me.

We needed a particular car seat for our grandson but price and availability was a problem. That was until I found Just Kidding. I ordered over the Bank Holiday weekend and had the seat by Wednesday. I got it with free delivery and the best price on the net. Very happy and would definitely recommend Just Kidding.

Was delighted to find that just kidding sold everything I needed - car star and base, child safety catches, and a car seat protector - for the best prices I coulds find online with specs free delivery. Can't ask for more than that. They will be my first stop for baby buys in future. Only wish they had bigger range of changing bags as I'm in the market for one of those at the moment!

I ordered the Quinny Zapp Xtra 2 and Maxi Cosi carseat package on Sunday 9th May 2015. I received a personal email regarding my order the following day, was given tracking details and advised my item would arrive on Tuesday 12th May 2015. My item arrived on time, packaged well and I am completely happy with my pram and would highly recommend Just Kidding.

I ordered a Uppababy Vista pram. It was delivered two days later. I was contacted about delivery and kept updated with emails. The product arrived in perfect condition. I would have no hesitation recommending Just Kidding online to all my friends and family and will probably continue ordering products through this company. Excellent.

I am really impressed with the level of customer service that this company strives for. I met this company at the baby shower and really wanted the Icandy buggy however wanted my husband to see it also. We went to their Kingsbury store and were just helped from the moment we walked in. I loved the fact that they have pretty much everything in stock which gives peace of mind. I had one item that I had to wait for but the staff were so on the ball that I never had to worry. Will definately stay in contact for future purchases!!! Well Done Justkidding more companies need to take heed of customer service.

Product as described, despatched same day, promised delivery between 9am and 6pm the next day. At 6pm still not arrived. Phoned courier who said would be there shortly. Courier apologetic and smiley when arrived at 6.30pm after I waited in all day. Most companies phone you on the morning with a 2 hour time slot nowadays. Shame this courier company doesn't do this, as I could have got on with my day.

Bought a pram came in couple of days no problems.

I initially ordered the wrong item and after phoning up my order was corrected straight away without any problems. Excellent customer service and very helpful!
