I bought my hearing aids from Harley street 6 years ago. Matthew and the team helped me a lot from beginning. They are professional about selection period, preparing and customizing the hearing aids, hearing tests, annual checks and repairs(if needed). I'm %100 sure that I did a correct choice and I highly recommend Harley Street.

As always, everything was of a high standard, from reception - polite and helpful - to the lady audiologist, Fiona - skilful, competent and very pleasant. My hearing aids are working again, just right.

Every time I have visited I have everyone to be professional, extremely helpful and kind. Today I have a single hearing aid fitted by Romy and she was great in taking time to explain everything clearly and answer my questions fully. I was delighted that Simone identified my problem and resolved it. Micro suction and ear pressure tests. I am so pleased with the service because I need my ears to function and feel confident that whenever I have a problem it is quickly attended to. Excellent service.

It was amazing experience from start to finish at 127 Harley street Hearing. First of all I was given appointment on the day I called which I much appreciated. Reception is nice and helpful. I was seen immediately by Audiologist. She is nice and also professional. She went a mile to make better ear impression as first one was not the best. I was there for ear impression for custolmised sleeping earplugs. I much appreciate all the time, kindness and special attention to me as a client. They are the best ! Highly recommend. Also bathroom in clinic is just amazing. Thank you very much for given me such good experience.

The audiologist had read my file and tested my hearing thoroughly. He cleaned and reset the hearing and dewaxed the ears. He was knowledgeable, confident and pleasant.
