I am about to return my hearing aid for the third time with the same problem which it would appear that Oticon cannot identify. I have since learned that on the second occasion they failed to replace the battery when the problem was a faulty battery… Other items were replaced. This time, once again, it’s the battery that has failed. As a result I am spending a little too much time taking trips to and from Harley Street Hearing. Whether HSH are failing to communicate with Oticon or Oticon are failing to listen I have no idea, though I have always been clear in my analysis, always polite but this time bordering on icily so.

Just had my annual checkup, as always fantastic experience, so professional and helpful. I have been going there for years and the level of help and politeness never changes but to get better.

I start using Harley Street Hearing as a result of an insurance claim-having lost one of my hearing aids at home. Have found them to be professional at all times and prepared to go the extra mile for their patients.

We had excellent service for the last two years and our last visit was no exception. Our previous audiologist has left, but the new one (Emma Newton) was also excellent. She is very professional, careful and thorough. We continue to be very happy with the service provided by Harley Street Hearing.

I was met with a very friendly receptionist who led me to the waiting area which was clean and spacious. I was then taken upstairs by a smiling specialist who talked me through every step of what she was doing. I was also allowed to film some footage too. I had the molds for my earplugs done and then a hearing test. Again, the results were explained and the whole procedure was all done and dusted within 30 minutes. A great experience and much needed for Musicians. Grateful for the Musicians' Hearing Health Scheme for making this happen.

I had an excellent annual review with Jaspreet Bahra. I was deeply impressed with her professionalism. Both my ears were checked for wax and found to be clear. My hearing was assessed and I was given a copy of the audiogram for my record. My hearing aids were checked and retuned My spare phonak hearing were also tuned. I recommend her without reservations.

My mother in law is 96. HSH will remotely update her hearing aids as she finds the journey to the West End too much now. Many thanks!!
