Under order on quantity rang straight away they advised of solution without incurring additional delivery charges. Failed to deliver extra qty but rang and they sent out with no qualm or extra charge
Good professional company to deal with.
Tiles were damaged by either supplier or courier and when I sent photos by email to get an explanation there was no reply. Cheap tiles, expensive delivery charges overall not good!

The service and the price when ordering 3200 ceiling tiles was great. However, I made it clear when making the booking that we did not have a fork lift truck on site and that the lorry must have a means of unloading the pallets which I was told wouldn't be an issue. When the huge lorry arrived he had no means of getting the pallets off. Eventually, myself and 10 other members of our admin staff unloaded 320 boxes of heavy ceiling tiles by hand in 30 degree heat! Not an experience I will forget in a hurry!!!

Ordered Tiles X 4 first time. Excellent service over the phone and so easy to do on the Internet. When I required more, they were processing my order as I came through the door. Easy place to find, Liverpool was rubbish in comparison to even find tiles. 10/10 for service.
