I had ordered 2 rings with gem stones. Had a very pathetic experience. Until the order was placed and money was paid, there was lota of follow-ups and help in responses. The minute money was paid, they became irresponsive. I would message them, call them and write emils but no response. Moreover, I had checked for the days required for delivery and it was promised that it will be done in 10-12 days, but after related requests and follow-ups it was sent only after 3 weeks. I had mentioned that I would not be available but still they took their sweet time. More pathetic part was no response on messages, emails or calls. Even after delivery the size is not correct but now I'm afraid to return back as it will now take another year to get it or may not get it as well. Will never buy again and would never recommend it to anyone. Most pathetic service ever.

I ordered emerald gemstone for me. After receiving , i got nervous because stone was not being touched on my skin. Later, i talked with one of your personnel, he then cleared me , that "sir, all stone which was prepared by gem pundit are touched with skin but slightly, which cant feel, completely". After that i got pleased by him and hearty thanks i want to give to "gem pundit" and its team for providing very splendid ring-stone to me.

After seeking astrological advice, I made the decision to purchase an emerald from them. However, to my disappointment, the stone didn't just fail to suit me—it actually had negative effects on me. I explained in detail to the representatives how wearing that gemstone made me feel, sharing my experiences of discomfort and unease. Despite my efforts to communicate the issue, I have been continuously redirected from one representative to another, trapped in an endless loop of seeking help but finding no resolution. 1/06/2023 Hey there, I wanted to further add to my experience with Gems Pundit and the conclusions I drew from it. When it comes to buying gemstones, it’s important to reconsider the disclaimer and the hidden trick. At the time of purchase they will mention that the timeframe for seeing results is uncertain which is understandable but it's worth noting that they have a 10-day return policy. This policy implies that if any issues arise or you experience negative effects from 11th day obtaining a refund will not be possible which means you can loose on your money. Point here is by the time my attention had gone to the fact that nothing is changing and things have only gotten worse, some time had passed.( I was all over the place as it was a difficult time for me.) As the only medium I used to communicate always WhatsApp chat, and I had changed my phone last year I dont have a track of chat’s and obviously I don’t remember exact month when I contacted. In my case, during my initial consultation with their astrologer, a sapphire was suggested it didn't work. It was disappointing, to say the least. Subsequently, they connected me with another astrologer who recommended trying an emerald instead and undermined the first astrologer. However, wearing the emerald had a even bitter negative impact on my overall well-being. I felt low, depressed, and conflicts arose in my life. When I reached out to Gems Pundit to express my concerns about the negative effects, their response was disheartening that they don't produce the gemstones themselves, absolving themselves of any responsibility for flaws or defects. Additionally, that they don't control planetary positions etc suggesting they cannot be held accountable for any adverse effects to something they are selling and we are buying it spending thousands after their astrologer’s recommendation. Point is there is major disagreements between their astrologers they disagree with each other and lack of accountability on organization front. Concluding do your research well before investing.

I purchased couple of stone from gemspundit. Very Authentic stones with very genuine price, products are also awesome if you compare to other websites and lot's of variety are there. Customer care team are very responsible and well behaved if you have any query.. Overall I very satisfied with the product what they have provided and will suggest if you are confused or new then you can go with blind eye..

They took the order and after completing the payment process they informed me that I might have to pay some import duty. This was wrong and they should have mentioned it before confirming the order. As a professional company they should be aware what the import duties are in various countries. I had to pay 100% import duty. So I had to pay twice the amount plus the transportation costs. Please be more transparent with your customers

Worst service

Ring is quite sturdy and the gemstone touches the finger as it should. Ordered a Pukhraj ring with additional certification and Vedic pooja. Service was timely and organized. I received the Pooja video and everything seemed to be done very professionally. Packing was very safe and high quality.

This was another, in fact third perfect experience over last couple of years of doing business with Gempundit and Twinkle. I liked one GRS certified Vivid Green Emerald and ordered it with custom design ring. Unfortunately while setting this stone, it cracked! Gempundit team went out of the way to source another GRS certified Vivid Green emerald, redesign the ring to fit the new stone and made the most perfect Emerald ring for me. During this entire time Twinkle and Gempundit team were absolutely honest in their dealings, transparent and open in all the communication and displayed exemplary professionalism. Don't look anywhere else if you are in market for high class gemstones and customized / standard jewelry. Thank you GP team and look forward to the next opportunity of doing business with you.

The gemstone which i bought was of 30,400 on website which i got for discount at 26000 but when i confirmed with a gemstone seller he said its price was not mote then 13000 the piece which i received was also nothing like it was in the vedio

The order was executed correctly and expeditiously by Gempundit team and Lalit Singla. I like the stone quality and variety here, and my custom made multi colored opal pendant wouldn't have been possible if not for Gempundit.

I am not suggesting ro go for gem pundit instead of giving silver ring they send me a steel ring and when i checked my certificate that number is not reflecting in GTI,and staff also not response properly and also i spent 10050 rupees for that ring and due to this i returned an item and customer person told like you will eligible refund for 6780 rupees and finally i got 5400 rupees and i am suggesting dont go and spend money with gem pundit and the are sending fake rings,this is completely loss to us,and thay are providing fake certificate and certificate number also not matching and they dont no how to talk to the peoples,poor quality rings.
