Timely delivery. Super easy to place order. Great quality stone. I received my Amethyst silver ring in good packaging with certification and am very happy with it. Overall great service and good product. I wish there are options to customize the ring band width (shank) and the gallery height ; the stone is placed very high. I have ordered a yellow sapphire stone and my order (Id-100109069) delivered on 13/02/2023 but I have received damage product as there is a crack in stone & this gives me worst experience with gem pundit and also after complaining regarding my issues there is no response till 24hrs gone

Tried to buy 2 peridots stones for over 10 days for a ring. I need them to be of similar / to identical colour and size. I have not been able to get a picture of the stones together. From my original selection, 1 stone has been sold to somebody else and no replacement was proposed. After a multitude of messages over a 10 days window I have not received anything other than the link of the stones available on site, this has been a waste of time. What a shame as I also wanted to buy further stones but disappointed by the lack of tailored approach and professionalism. Following all the great reviews , I was very much looking forward to buying from this company .

I wanted gempudit certificate , but they provided be other lab stone. Moreover there is no mention of gempudit. I think its a scam website
