Firstly I was confused that online gemstone and jewelry purchasing is genuine or not. But after receiving my order I was very satisfied, as the rings I ordered was beyond my expectations. I have ordered my NR ring not only they provided good discount but also explained all options. Once i got the ring it was loose for me. I tried to reduce the size locally but it was not possible. The Gempundit team followed up collected the ring re processed the entire order as new with my correct size and send me back. Gem pundit is a fraud company as they sell you sterling silver when you select silver in the options to make personalized jewelry and also the stones here are too big to fit the rings they customise for you that it completely looks like a joke when you get the rings ,my personal experience is pathetic, disgusting service and after waiting for more then month i got stone which is too big and ring which is metal and not silver so i would request all to not trust gem pundit better visit local goldsmith for gems and rings or pendent instead being cheated in name of trusted brand the people in gem pundit are fraudsters

Gem was ok, but ring size is all over the place. I measured it as per instructions and now gift to wife is lying idle. They want 3000 rupees to correct it
