On advice of my family panditji I was looking for a gomed for myself. After visiting many jewelers, I was not much satisfied as they were not giving me proper certificate with it. I am writing this review as I had a very good experience with this company. I ordered for a 4.5 carat Yellow Sapphire online from their website on 17 July 2015. After 15 days, I got a bit tensed as the delivery of the product was getting delayed. So, I made a call to them. Within 2 hours I received a call from their side telling me that the package would be delivered to me in next 24 hours. And it so happened. I got the package on 1st August in the morning itself. Thank you so much for the prompt service.
I purchased a red coral despite of reading bad reviews. I was little afraid whether I wud get good product or not but finally I received it as I demanded. Delivery time is too much though but I will not relate this site with reviews.
Wish I had seen the reviews for this company earlier .I order for a Burmese Ruby and since it can't be shipped to USA (not allowed) Himanshu suggested me for Indian Ruby .But I cancelled my order and wanted my refund back .Believe they are a bunch of unprofessionals working here at the other end.Out of 531$ I received only 293$ and rest they are postponing saying office hours are over or we need talk to concerned person.The support is also worst team they have.I am filing a dispute this week. Hopefully they should return my money back.Worst experience.
I purchased a stone from gempundit, after a long delay they send a cracked stone(emerald).. now they completely denying it. it is an used stone. they might get it from somewhere and sell it to me. they usually doing this cause i noticed a review that someone got a cracked stone from gempundit, despite i ordered and they cheated me.
Totally dissatisfied with GemPundit the way they handle online purchase. I have ordered Yellow Sapphire and to place it in ring & its been close to 2 months I haven't received the product. I appreciate if they show respect for customers money and time and bit of self respect from GemPundit team too.
I bought zambian emerald and bloodstone silver ring from Gempundit. Pricing is very impressive as compare to others. Quality and price of product both are excellent.I must say they did a great job, I received both my items on time with no problem at all.

I ordered a red coral ring from them. Yes they took some time to deliver it around 21 days but now i have it and very happy. :)
Our pundit ji recommended me to wear a 5.25 ratti pukhraj. I went online only to do a general research and was planning to buy from our pundit. However, GemPundit provides a free lab certificate that my pundit was not providing, plus they had like a huge number of gemstones online that I felt they were a good website. Apparently there are many types of pukhraj (my pundit had recommended siloni), their customer support is very informed (they told me its Ceylonese - from Sri Lanka). Went ahead with my purchase after my pundit ji's price turned out to be far more (plus without certificate). I recommend you look at the website and atleast talk to their customer support once.
