Placed on line service request and all commitment times was met. All repair on roof was discussed and approved by customer. The schedule for repair was completed on day promised. The roof was temporaraly sealed to protect from further damage inside home until official repair was completed. So far no leaks since repaired.

We had placed a work order in for our a/c unit, and one tech showed up and made a quick assessment and adjustment. However, when the weather changed, and we didn't turn the air on for several days, we didn't realize the unit was still not working until we turned it on the day before the 30 day warranty would have expired. When I called customer service, they were very glad to assist me. In fact, they reopened the w/o and sent someone else out. He quickly determined that the unit had too much freon. Within a few days, he returned and completed the w/o. We are very pleased because this has been a recurring problem. Thank you very much!
