They don't give me any reason whatsoever and I already paid 100 for the service, the same reasons. Every time I call to see my repair, I will be canceling my membership and blocking the following payments.
Excellent customer service and response time. Once they assigned on of their contracted service repair companies, the information was immediately available with the contact information. I called the company assigned my repair and the appointment was quickly completed. Keep in mind that if it’s something that is in need of repair and it’s a daily impact on normal household life then you need patience because it’s not like it will be repaired immediately.

We have been with First American Home Warranty for over six years. Although our claim usage with them has been very low, when we needed the company to step up and honor our contract with them, the response from them was quick, decisive and helpful. Each time the service rep was responsive and guided us through our coverage. A solid company. Worth the monthly cost.

It was done in a timely manner
I was with FAHW for 20 yrs. After 10 yrs it was a fight to get reliable service. I was told they would sent me a $150 for issues I kept having with my new air conditioner unit they installed. I was told over and over it was in the mail. Never got it. Watch out on the people they send out to you. They are not professionals. I got ripped off due to the job not being done or finished. If after 30 days it comes up that the problem wasn’t fixed FAH doesn’t care they make you pay another service fee for the same problem that was supposed to have been fixed. When it comes to any big item watch out they will try to get out of taking care of it specially if they have to replace the item. You have to stand your ground. I’m just tired of having to fighting with them. Make sure you check out other companies.

It would be even less of a star if I could. Two contractors and 5 total days missed from work and still no one has shown up to my house. All I get is excuses. The last contractor told the last week they would not be here. And again nothing. Total rip off and scam.
It is now April 8th, and I have still not received. Services are requested on March the 19th, but they continued to build me without ever receiving service. The plumber for 2 weeks have been saying he's waiting on a part that anyone can go and purchase at home depot or loads or any plumbing company. This company needs to be put out of business

Having trouble with ceiling fan during this hot spell here in Tennessee. The fan and the light does not work at all! It is located in master bedroom. Also the ceiling fan in kitchen is missing one of its speeds. May need to help on that too at same time.
The repair person was very respectful . He worked very quickly to uncover the source of the problem . He was able to fix our refrigerator during the first visit. He left the work area in my home very clean just the way he found it. We plan on asking for them in the future.
