First of all I had to find my own people to do the work but after that there was no problem,other than the usual sending a copy of the work that was done so I have to say FAHW they are okay.
The plumbing company called me the same day and they finish the job on time ...
I would of like some mor communacation about what was going to be done and when. The job is not finished because I have to pay to have the old fridge removed.
A plumber was assigned to our job request and came out to see what was wrong. He not only made the matter worse, he then said he couldn't fix it unless I paid an additional $450+. First American would not send another plumber. I paid $225 for a recommended plumber and they fixed the problem without having to do what First American's plumber recommended. I would like my $85 service fee refunded since the matter was not fixed.
