No response to my email inquiry regarding shipping. £25 doesn't get you a tracking Number. No lower shipping costs. Had better communications and postage from articles costing £2 let alone £222. This all adds up to inferior or non-customer orientated company.

Very pleased with the service from copper cylinders. Excellent price and a good quick delivery. I was pleased to see that the immersion heaters ordered with the cylinder arrived fully fitted, a nice surprise.

I would recommend this company to anyone. I had a cylinder installation job booked and ordered the cylinder to be delivered to my customers property. When I arrived to carry out the installation the cylinder had already been delivered, first class service and cheaper than other places I have used. I will be using this website again and will be recommending it to anyone who asks!!!

I spoke to Serah twice about my complaint. She said that she will investigate, and asked me to leave my phone number, but several weeks have passed and she still hasn't phoned me.

Cant fault the company, great prices and delivered on time. They will also make you hot water cylinders to order!

I came across this company's web site and quickly found exactly what I needed at a very competitive price. I decided to go for one of their standard products, although it appears that they also to make to order. I ordered the cylinder late on Monday afternoon and was told that it would arrive on Wednesday morning. The cylinder arrived at 11am Wednesday and was very well packaged. The immersion heater I also ordered had been pre-fitted so one job less to do. The cylinder was installed and working later that day. To sum up, a great product at an extremely good price (the best i found!) backed up by great service - who could ask for more!!

I found the cylinder i needed online and it was delivered on time as specified. Very simple and good service.
