ordered item before 12 came the nxt day. it was really easy and quick to order online, i had sent an email and got a quick and helpfull response back straight away would recommend this company.

used company many times with no problems. Delivery arrived on time. When we fitted the cylinder and commissioned we found no water. After a few hours looking for an air lock we found some foam insulation had got into the tank and blocked the outlet. Not very happy. Got foam out. filled with water again then noticed a very small leak on the element flange.Took element out a few times then found foam sprayed over part of the flange face producing a leak. shame as this company is normally really good. Perhaps it was just one of those off days. I will deff use them again as I belive this was a one off.

Best value I could find online with a wide choice and one of the few places that fully describe the product. I wasn't expecting the immediate and friendly response I received over the weekend, or the daily updates on delivery. Highly recommended.

The delivery charge was reasonable, but most of all the price was very good. The delivery was prompt and I will definitely recommend.

Needed a cylinder quickly ,copper cylinder sent out a very good product to my spec,it was packaged very well and received it quickly,Ross at copper cylinder was very helpful.

Impressed with the price of this tank and delivery was speedy. Packed in a large cardboard box with a fair amount of bubble wrap protection so no bashes or dings. Only slight niggle, there was some foam insulation stuck to the surfaces of the element threaded bosses which was a pain to scrape off to make sure of a good seal.. Would certainly use this company again....
