I spent two weeks trying to source a tank customised with two immersion bosses one on top vertical one at bottom horizontal to be fed from spare solar power via box of tricks that flip-flops between the two. Luckily came across Ben and in a phone call with couple of diagrams done and dusted. So impressed I decided to also replace second tank also customised with double immersion bosses and outlets/inlets to spec to make installation simpler for plumber. This all done Wed last week and they arrived today Friday.(I was in no hurry could have got them on Monday with bit extra ££.) Ben makes it all a pleasure which is not often the case nowadays. Stick with “Green flat-top” tanks if you want a simple process. Go coppercylinder and Ben👍👍👍👏👏

The ordering process, delivery tracking, product spec and price were all excellent. This was backed up by brilliant customer service - putting the customer first is an easy sound bite but Ben at Copper Cylinders absolutely does. My company JC's bought a cylinder it leaked there began the problem I would not give them any rating more than minus 19 the replacement cylinder had the tapping set at a different positions which required altering the business was charged a nominal sum of £210 payment within 7 days from the 13th December 2018 it has taken till the 25th January 2019 to receive a payment which was confirmed as reasonable our original payment is being check which business received it against a company which refunded it ? the company whom we did the business appears not to be the one we did business with when we have full information we will inform the appropriate body H.M.R.C. will be informed buyer beware you have been informed our product was not fitt for purpose our ipod has all the details and video showing the state it was received upon delivery could rant on all day with regards the service of this company/companies please check it out you have been warned

i spent all day on the phone to plumbers suppliers, merchants and manufacturers looking for a tank with customised connections, no one wanted to help or make one or some even give me a quote. i was at the end of my tether when i found this company and wonderful happy chappy Ben who made me feel valued, important and not stupid! My problem was not a problem for them, the price was cheaper than any one else had quoted even for a standard cylinder and this had to be made specially and it was delivered at no extra cost within 37 hours of the call which was a late afternoon call! I am stunned and have my faith restored that there are people who want to give good customer service. and this company is the master of that skill and cheaper than all the others. the product was also perfect.
