Very helpful and a very quick turn around. I ordered the cylinder at the very end of the day on Monday (in fact the office had already closed) and still received it on Wednesday. Could not fault the cylinder good product and great service I will definitely be using this company again next time I need a cylinder.

If only there were more companies like this! Needed an odd size tank, Ben was extremely helpful happy to spend time understanding what we needed. Finally made order on a Monday received emailed invoice by end of the day. Tank arrived Wednesday - exactly as per the diagram sent, and it fitted perfectly. Would happily use this company again. Our only suggestion would be some prompt as to whether you need an immersion. We were so intent on measuring all the dimensions, didn't even cross out mind as to the immersion. Luckily we didnt need it, probably just us, but maybe it would be helpful to have a check list somewhere (if there is and we didnt see it, many apolpgies!) This company deserves praise. Ben took my order, my payment, emailed me the details/invoice etc. I could not have wished for a better quick and efficient service. I placed my order just before 12 noon on Monday and received the goods by 12 noon on Tuesday. Ordered a water cylinder on Sunday afternoon, received email Sunday evening saying item would be dispatched on Monday, received cylinder on Tuesday morning. Not bad for a delivery postcode most delivery companies and firms from south of the border seem to think is in the remotest darkest highlands! Well done Copper Cylinder.

Ok I suppose. But for all the ordering on the drop list, would have thought idiot proof. It arrived with Drain off. Not a problem as fitted one with in the cylinder cold feed. Got a refund for £15:00p for no drain off. Looking inside the coil is kinked in lots of places when it was made / formed. No grade on the cylinder. It was marked N/a. Not impressed with the quality of the product. Will look and enquire else where for my next one,

needed a unusual size economy 7 cylinder no one had one, so looked on line and found one at copper cylinder and it was the right price so ordered it for next day, and got it next day so I give you five out of five tony

I placed my order for a new tank on Friday. The order was confirmed by email very quickly and shortly afterwards I received another email confirming that the order was being dispatched and would be delivered Monday. It was delivered Monday morning. Very pleased with the service. The price was also very good.
