Brilliant very efficient service!!! Ordered a 1800x450 twin tank cylinder and saved £70 compared to another quote. Ben was very helpful and explanitory on the phone. I then emailed him to track my order and he responded in exactly 5mins with the tracking number and attachment showing what time it left the depot. It arrived 1.00pm that afternoon. Absolutely delighted and totally impressed!!

The product was very good, the delivery company they use it a complete let down for the copper cylinder compay, the peoduct I ordered was suppose to be with me on friday, we had to phone tnt to find out where are delivery was, because the driver couldn't find my address on the sat nav he took it back to tnt, had no phone call from tnt, but the office people managed to find my address, then it was suppose to be delivered on saturday morning, yet again no delivery as we didn't book a saturday slot, tnt told us it would be delivered saturday, then when we phoned on saturday, they told us it would be delivered on monday morning, it finally arrived monday afternoon, that was 3 days staying in for the delivery, I think the copper cylinder should find a much better delivery company, tnt are a waste of space, I've paid £20 to be messed about, the copper cylinder have apologise for the mess up, tnt have not.

Ordered a 1200 x 450 economy 7 cylinder on Wednesday evening and it was here by 12pm Friday. Will buy all my cylinders from copper cylinder from now on! Price was bang on as well!

The website is easy to use, the prices are very competitive and it was delivered when I wanted it and to where I wanted it. Brilliant will definitely use them again and recommend to my mates

Copper cylinder had the exact odd size of cylinder I was looking for, no one else seemed to have what I needed. The price and service were excellent and I received it the very next day with no hassle. This meant I was only missing hot water. For 1 day only ...... :)

The tank arrived as promised (next day), it was however missing some holes, this was quickly explained by a man on the phone and I was able to install it easily. If I were to have any negative comments, it is that I wish that there was something about what the tank looks like, number of fittings Etc, on the website, then I would have known how it was going to arrive. All said though it is a very nice tank, and will do the job in our house for many years. Thank you.
