I have been ordering now for 4 months and the process is very easy. I researched the company and found it to be legit and professional. I like that I am in control of ordering what I want when I need it and I get a good price. I have looked at what other companies charge. The customer service is there if you need it and I have not needed it, because the products work and are professionally and skillfully packaged and delivered. The packaging is beautiful and has ice/cold packs that you can reuse. Always extra alcohol wipes and needles. I have had a great experience purchasing from Citizen Meds and will continue my health journey with them. The products work!

I’ve been using CM since January of this year and since starting with them, each month has been a smooth process with order and delivery. I place the order for my meds and they’re processed and delivered quick. If I have a question I just email customer service and my questions are answered. I have gone through a couple other sites for weight loss meds and this one is by far the best one hands down.
