Did exactly what they promised. Even though the process in my case took 1,5 years, they lowered my rent and also helped to return some of the overpaid money. Of course, there are many nuances to each case, but judging from my experience, I can't complain. Pretty happy with the result! (Berlin)
Hab lange hin und her überlegt ob ich zu Conny gehen soll, im Nachhinein bereue ich nicht direkt bei ersten mal gemacht zu haben. Meine Miete wurde innerhalb kurzer Zeit um knapp 25% gesenkt! Vielen Dank!

Fee is not very transparent I signed a Vollmacht that conny can take the fee overpaid before contacting Conny. But conny took also all previous payment plus reduction from security fee.
Very fast, painless process. Very responsive for the most part. Kind interaction. One star less because the prices despite being transparently shared were not clear enough in the sense that because it takes into account different scenarios makes it a bit confusing to assess as user. I would have liked to have examples tailored to my specific case to illustrate. But maybe others find it clear enough.
Conny worked really well for us and reduced our rent by 310€ monthly. I sent in the required forms and at one point had to send a number of photographs and some measurements. Conny was prompt with their communications and was able to settle out of court after about 10 months. Our landlord is a huge company and we have not seen any negative repercussions. As others have noted, we did pay a commission of 2/3 of our back payment + 6 months of the price difference. It was a high price but as we joined the Mieterverein after signing the rental contract, Conny was our best option to reduce our rent. With that in mind I was completely satisfied with the process and the payment and consider it a huge win for us.

Wir sparen ab jetzt 180€ im Monat. Vor allem in der Vermittlung mit der (trägen) Hausverwaltung war Conny tip top!

Es hat sich niemand bei mir gemeldet. Der Service ist sehr schlecht.
Als meine Hausverwaltung Conni ausgezahlt hatte, wollte sie sich mir gegenüber um die Mietanpassung drücken. Zum Glück hat mich Conni trotzdem weiter vertreten und die Situation für mich geklärt.
Der Prozess hat bei mir etwas gedauert (ca. 3 Jahre), aber am Ende hat alles gut geklappt. Die Kommunikation war immer klar, effizient und professionell. Danke!
