Emailed Conny to ask a few questions before signing up for their service. No reply after 10 days - this does not give me any confidence in them at all.
Absolute Katastrophe! Mein Fall wurde nicht ordentlich bearbeitet und daher habe ich viel weniger Ersparnis als mir zusteht. Nachfragen wurden nicht beantwortet. Auf mein Geld warte ich noch heute. Unfassbar.

Ein sehr schnelles Ergebnis. Leider nur die Rückzahlung von der Hausverwaltung hat sehr sehr lange gedauert knapp 1 Jahr. Ansonsten sehr Hilfreich und effektiv und sehr viel Geld gespart.
Contacting Conny was one of the best decisions we’ve made ever since moving to Germany. Our rent was quite high from the get go and thus the whole process did take some time, also due to our landlords not being cooperative, but we were patient because it was worth the wait. Ich bin zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis meines Auftrags. Danke Conny.de und ehemals Wenigermiete! Es hat zwar über zwei Jahre gedauert, Geduld muss man schon aufbringen, aber es hat sich am Ende gelohnt und ich habe über 2.000€ zurückbekommen.
After years of considering to ask Conny for help we finally did it and I wish I did it sooner! The whole process took 1 year exactly, from submitting the first request to Conny, and paying our first reduced rent. We’ve had our rent reduced by over 30%! Conny was great at communicating with us, all it took was a bit of patience over the year to let them deal with the court proceedings.
Es hat zwar knapp 4 Jahre gedauert, aber Conny hat ganze Arbeit geleistet. Mein ehemaliger Vermieter GMRE/Stadthaus/Gabriel International hat mir illegal viel Miete auferlegt und ich konnte eine ganze Menge Geld zurück erhalten. Danke Conny!

Mein Vermieter Heimstaden hat sich komplett quer gestellt, aber das Team von Conny hat entsprechend gegengehalten! Nun habe ich die Miete erfolgreich gesenkt und auch Rückzahlung erhalten. All das musste zwar gerichtlich noch eingefordert werden und hat entsprechend lange gedauert, das war aber durch Conny nicht beeinflussbar.

Ich möchte mich nochmals für die Mühe und den langfristigen Einsatz des Conny Teams bedanken. Der Weg war zwar holprig aber am Ende haben wir gegen die zu hohe Miete gewonnen. Die Lebensqualität die ich dadurch gewinnen konnte ist unbezahlbar! Macht weiter so!! Ich kann Conny nur empfehlen!!!!!!

Letztlich wurde meine Miete rückwirkend zum Mietvertragsabschluss gesenkt, was ich natürlich zu schätzen weiß. Allerdings war die Kommunikation über den Verlauf nicht so klar, bzw. zeitverzögert. Und ich weiß letztendlich nicht, wie das Verfahren behandelt wurde und wie es genau ausging. Schließlich liegt die Miete noch immer über dem Mietspiegel. Etwas ärgerlich war auch, dass mir eine zu hohe Summe abschließend in Rechnung gestellt wurde. Nur weil ich alles nochmal nachgeprüft und nachgerechnet habe, habe ich nicht deutlich mehr gezahlt, als vertraglich vereinbart gewesen war. Immerhin kam eine Entschuldigung, als ich das reklamierte.
Conny hat meine Kaltmiete um 99 Euro monatlich gesenkt. Der Prozess vom ersten Kontakt bis zur Mietsenkung hat ca 6 Monate in Anspruch genommen. Kommunikation mit Conny via E-Mail reibungslos. Man wird drauf hingewiesen, auf Kontaktversuche durch den Vermieter zu verzichten. Ich wurde von Conny gebeten, konkrete Motive bzgl Hauszustand zu fotografieren. Sie haben mich auch regelmäßig über den Stand des Fortschritts informiert. Ich bin mit dem Ergebnis sehr zufrieden!
I got a reduction of 500euros. Which was way more than i expected. And got the difference retrospective minus the conny commission. I applied in February 2023 and got an answer by september 2023. Overall i am very happy with the outcome.
After sending the information Conny needed, we literally sit back and relax. 18 months later we got a fair amount of money back from our landlord. Great service, regular updates, nothing required from our side, I can only recommand Conny!
