Kurz nachdem ich CONNY auf Instagram kennenlernte, habe ich Kontakt aufgenommen, die benötigten Unterlagen geschickt und wusste, das Conny Erfolg haben wird. Sehr gute Erfahrung gemacht! Sehr gute Betreuung, dauert zwar länger aber hat sich sehr gelohnt und man bekommt das die Überteuerte Miete ab der Rüge zurück, falls man gewinnt.
Ich empfehle allen, sich an Conny zu wenden. Sie haben für uns 300€ mnt gewonnen und wir haben noch das Überbezahlte für die letzten 2 Jahre bekommen. Selbst die Kommission an Conny lohnt sich, da man sich selbst um nichts kümmern muss.
Luckily a friend had gone through the process of fighting for a rent reduction with the help of Conny (formerly Wenigermiete.de), so I knew that it would realistically take 1-2 years. Once I submitted all the documents, it was nerve-racking waiting for the next step but after a while, I just grew to trust that things were being handled. In moments of doubt, I could email and would get a response to wait. Now that I've gone through a different legal matter with my landlord through the courts (via my renters union), it just confirmed that a big part of wait is getting the court to process the claims and finally assign a court date. My recommendation is to do your own reading up on how these processes work, so you can ask specific questions via email. For example, my landlord wanted to appeal the court decision and I asked Conny if I should not touch the money transferred to us after the first court decision. They said that would be the wisest action. Had I not asked, spent the money, and the case overturned, I could have been in financial trouble. Luckily, the court struck down the request to appeal :)

Wir haben unsere Miete um 175€ gesenkt und es hat alles Reibungslos und ohne viel Aufwand (für uns) geklappt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Leider telefonisch nicht zu erreichen. Ich würde gerne wissen, wann die Zahlung erfolgt, wenn der Fall abgeschlossen ist. Auf E mails wird auch nicht reagiert.
Der Prozess an sich lief über mehr als zwei Jahre aber das lässt sich auf meine hartnäckige Vermieterin zurückführen. Ich habe meine Mietrückzahlung am Ende erhalten und bin erstaunt wie wenig Handlungsbedarf von meiner seite aus notwendig war. Formulare ausgefüllt, Fotos des Gebäudes geschickt und 2 Unterschriften. Conny kümmert sich um den Rest. Klare Empfehlung!
Conny managed to reduce my rent by 40% and got me thousands of Euros back because I was paying illegally high rents for ~3 years, set by landlord. The money was in the end deposited by landlord to my bank account. The whole process was very easy and I had great communication with Conny staff via email. Only thing I had to do is 1) Register, 2) send some pictures and supporting documents and 3) keep up email communication. A lot of Berlin landlords are neglegent of rent laws and there is no risk for you whatsoever. They are the ones not confirming to German Federal Law. Conny is a great help in this!
Ich danke CONNY von Herzen, dass ich nun eine bezahlbare Miete zahlen darf. Meine Erfahrung ist mittelgut. Conny hat zwar eine Mietsenkung bzw. Senkung der Basis für eine Mieterhöhung erreicht, aber nicht für eine Rückzahlung an uns seit Mietbeginn gekämpft. Damit haben wir insgesamt weniger zurück bekommen als wir dachten. Conny meinte dazu nur: mehr war nicht drin. Beim Prozess an sich ist man nicht wirklich eingebunden. Alles läuft im Hintergrund ab. Man bekommt nur Statusupdates. Wirklich transparent fand ich das nicht. Mein Eindruck war eher, dass der Vermieter mit einer Einmalzahlung für das Salär von Conny gesorgt hat, aber nicht wirklich Interesse bestand für uns mehr raus zu holen. Trotzdem würde ich conny weiter empfehlen - vlt. eher mit gedämpften Erwartungen ran gehen.

After CONNY's share, I received nearly 1.500 EUR in cash back. Through the whole process, CONNY was communicative, clear and helpful in every respect. Ich habe die erhöhte Mietzahlungen rückwirkend erhalten. So konnte ich ohne Risiko oder Kostenvorauszahlung meinen Fall prüfen und durchsetzen lassen.
Der gesamte Prozess wurde sehr transparent geführt. Es wurden stetig Updates zum Status des Falls gegeben und auch bei gelegentlichen Nachfragen in kürzester Zeit geantwortet.
