I received my 2 items and they are not what I need and want to do a return. There was no packing invoice, return details, or any paperwork at all included in my package. So I went back to the website to get a phone number to call them. I have called both numbers listed on their website numerous times for over 2 weeks now and all I get is a voicemail which I have left messages on with no return call. I want to return my items as they do not meet the standards I need. Customer service is non-existent....makes me wonder who runs the business.

I got my Pioneer multi-regional DVD player so I could watch the "Farm" series (Wartime Farm, Victorian Farm, etc.).
