The order took 2 weeks longer than expected due to my email going into their spam folder. They expedited shipping to make up for it.
My ring arrived late. It was scheduled to arrive a few days before I left on vacation where I was to give it to my bride to be. It arrived after my vacation. I wrote to customer service and never received a response. The ring finally came and is as expected which is why I gave them two stars and not one.
I ordered a ring on 1/19. Credit card was immediately charged and I received an email with confirmation that stated processing. It still reads that way today (2/16). I called twice and left a message and sent an email because I was becoming suspicious. Looked on Yelp (should have done that first!!) and I am not the only one getting scammed by this company. They take your money and you never hear from them again. Called my credit card company and they are working to resolve this. This is a scam.
I want to say thanks to Rebecca for her professionalism, attentiveness, and helping me. She walked me through the process and made things happen positively for me. The company is a A+ company, IMO. The products which I selected, a diamond ring and stud earrings are both exquisite!! I was very impressed with both pieces. I researched online at different companies, and there is no comparison. Other companies rings are hollow on the inside, and less shine on the diamonds. Birkat Elyons is solid. The white gold is beautiful. The diamonds are beautiful. And the designs are beautiful too!! Researched months ahead & finally ordered on Jan 8th. I received an email asking if I realized it was a custom (size 4) & that it would take 8-10 business days. I replied yes, to go ahead. 2 weeks later I email again & then call to find out my reply was sent to spam & no one bothered to even check with me? Even though I was charged? So no ring for Valentines Day. :( I had to cancel the order. Refunded, but I’d rather have had the ring.
