I never received my purchase. After three failed attempts by phone, I waited an extended amount of time for my purchase. Eventually, I canceled my purchase. I did speak with one of your employees who told me that UPS lost my merchandise and couldn’t find it. I told her that I canceled my order. I was genuinely impressed with the look of your jewelry on the website. I don’t know if the quality is as beautiful in person though.

I LOVE the ring i received. Absolutely LOVE it. I was slightly skeptical at first ya know, ordering online. But the ring i received EXCEEDED my expectations and the CZ shines WAY brighter than 95% of real diamonds. My Fiancé absolutely LOVES her ring. The only thing i would recommend is ordering plenty of time ahead. There was a delay of two days in production due to the store being closed. I planned my proposal to be around the 15th business (they say production is 7-10 business days). Foolish on my end, but when i called and told them that i wanted the ring by a certain day, they made sure that the ring was done and passed inspection in time. But like i said, the ring itself is STUNNING. Just be patient. Quality takes time and it’s so worth the wait. I will be ordering the matching wedding band from them!

Fast and friendly service. The ring arrived at the time promised. The ring and setting were very nice but the diamond itself a little cloudy if not directly exposed to light. Maybe I ordered too large of a diamond. When put side by side to a real diamond you can tell the difference. I guess I put too much expectation in a QZ diamond. I’m not total unhappy but don’t expect it to look like a real diamond. A guess I was a little disappointed. You have to realize it’s not a real diamond and you won’t be disappointed. William

Everything from initial customer service to receipt of your jewelry is five star. The jewelry is exquisite. I can’t imagine anyone being disappointed. I purchased two rings, two earrings, a pendant and bracelet. Each piece is more beautiful than the next. I will definitely purchase from them again.

I bought the 5ct Cushion Cut ring and I’m in love with it. It’s the best Cubic Zirconia I’ve ever seen! It’s beautiful and has a brilliant sparkle to the stone! I will be recommending Birkat Elyon to everyone I know who’s wanting a ring just like mine. Very satisfied customer here!

I ordered a ring and a sample. The sample was not available and my response to their email explaining that fact, and my response to them to just send the ring without the sample, was lost in their junk mail for 10 days. At the time when I was expecting receipt of the ring, I was contacted and told that the ring had not been manufactured and asking if I still wanted the ring. Of course, I said yes even though it was time to present the ring as a present. to my wife. In all, it took a month to receive the ring, and they kept the cost of the sample even though I didn't receive it.

Simply amazing quality, production could be a bit faster, but definitely worth the wait. Make sure to order at least a month in advance just in case there's any kind of problems with production or shipping.

I have two eternity rings from Birkat Elyon - one in white gold and one in yellow gold. I've had them for about two or so years. They were absolutely gorgeous when I got them and continue to be. I lost a stone in the yellow gold ring and after speaking with Customer Service I returned it to them for repair. Not only did they replace the missing stone, but two more needed to be replaced which they did and then send my gorgeous ring back to me. The charge was very reasonable and my ring is once again whole and sparkling. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality Cubic Zirconia...
