I must applaud the Online Staff at Optomo Pty Ltd in understanding my problems with selecting a the wrong size of a very good knee brace for my left knee. I had only used it once but found it was difficult to gauge the fitting unless one try's it out actually moving actively in walking and climbing and decending staircases with hampering the hygienic requires for a product replacement. I am glad to to bought this product from this Supplier as they comprehended customers point of view as I needed this type of reaction brace that give good support to relief for early or mild Osteoarthritis.

I am familiar with Optomo, as I have delt with them a couple of times before. The product I purchased from them, Flexall, I also know well and will always recommend this to others.
