I have an injury to my leg which my physio advised I should purchase a foam roller to assist with rehabilitation. I searched the web for suitable rollers and found a product called the Grid roller. It came highly recommended and so began the search for a store that carried the stock and could deliver quickly and at a good price. When I first spoke to Optomo the responses were quick and whilst they did not have it in stock at the time they kept me up to date with availability. When the item became available I placed an order. Unfortunately the order was delayed and it was beyond their control, but they kept me up to date at all times and tried their best to offer an alternative. They ended up sending the item through a courier to me due to the item arriving late at their store, which was great as it let me start my rehab. The Grid roller has proved to be very good at helping with my rehab as it has grooves that act like mini massage points in the roller and is very durable - so far it doesn't appear to lose its shape. If you ever need help at Optomo, just speak to Ben or Jackie, both really helpful and they respond to any questions you have quickly. I highly recommend the guys at Optomo!

When I ordered the Gymstick, there was none in stock. I received a phone call alerting me to this and how long it would take to fill the order. Everything happened as promised. I would happily recommend this company.
