This is not the first time I have used Optomo. The website is very easy to use and the purchase process is very simple. The goods were dispatched quickly and arrived within the time frame I was notified of. They also are very good with the communication regarding your order. Would definitely recommend!

Really fast service

I purchased an over the door traction unit which arrived in two days. the extra halter I ordered with the unit had a minor fault, they paid for the return postage & sent me a new one, and checked that it did not have the same type of fault. No nonsense customer complaint service of the highest order, great company to deal with for medical supplies that I have encountered. Either by phone or email they are prompt and show common sense, which is not that common these days! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I was recently diagnosed with Shingles - a very nasty, painful complaint. Although on copious amounts of medication, I was still in terrible pain My daughter (who lives in America) suggested a heat pad. My husband went on line and found "Optimo". He ordered a heat pad which, to our pleasant surprise, was delivered within 48 hours. It has made an enormous amount of difference to my ability to cope with my dreadful pain. Could thought be given to a pad just slightly larger? Many thanks.

I have arthritis in back and hip and suffer pain, this heat pad placed over the effected area relieves a lot of pain and allows a good nights sleep. As the weather is hot I run the heat pad on a setting of 1. Thanks for a great product, Elaine Jacob.

we became aware of the product through afriend who let us try one. it was just the thing Helen needed for her condition. the only concern I had was Where to source them and how long it would take. had no problem finding them online, even had a couple of options pricewise. you don't always have to buy from the brand's website. Order ing was easy and were delivered promptly. this alayed one of my main concerns, when you need a product such as this you want it straight away. even without having to pay express post, this is what happened very satisfied
