I had the equipment ready for my first class on 6th January and it is of the highest quality. Lovely young man answered the phone when I had to ring to change my address for delivery, very polite and obliging. Also prices compare very favourably with other companies that I have dealt with and I will definitely be returning to Optomo when I needed when I need new equipment.

I ordered 2 rolls of 25mtr resistance bands. After searching many different sites I found the best price on Optomo. Although these were ordered only days before Christmas the purchase was processed and sent immediately and I received it within a couple of days (taking into account weekend and public holidays). The quality is great, I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.

I was in urgent need of a brace for my daughter and when I called they promised to ship the same day and they did. When the brace arrived and it was the wrong size (my fault entirely), they again re-shipped the same day. I will definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone!

We live on a farm at the end of a long access road which has proven, in the past, to be a real challenge for courier deliveries. Although our order weighed enough to warrant courier delivery rather than Australia Post, when I contacted Optomo and explained our situation, Jackie was able to (1) quickly appreciate the problem, and (2) organise delivery by Australia Post (our preferred delivery method). This was good, efficient and friendly service.
