What an utter disgraceful company. Putting their rubbish in areas that don't need it, and putting these monstrous masts without residents concerns or getting planning permission to do so. How would anyone EVER trust a company that does this??? Says can provide fibres speeds, yet it is not available in my area, and I am sure this is the same with many of places too.

My appointment time was between 1pm and 6pm, the two engineers arrived shortly after 1pm. One of them was a trainee but this didn't impact their service in any way. They were polite, considerate and respectful of my property. They explained what they were doing every step of the way, worked quickly & tidily and cleared up afterwards. They then helped me to connect my TV & phone to my new network and made sure I had everything I needed before they left. A lovely couple of guys.

Amazing how many people who have only ever written 1 review about only this company give it 5 stars and yet those who have several reviews give it 1. My mum had this put in and how she regrets it. Utter rubbish; slow, constantly going down, useless customer service. Don't touch with a bargepole

Had a leaflet through door today.Full Fibre speed broadband now available in your area. IT is NOT. Scam merchants. Read the 1 star reviews before you decide anything

Nothing but great service with this company . From install to after care they’ve been brilliant. Recently I received a flyer in my postbox with an offer for new customers , I rang up the customer services and was taken care of by Fiona , she was brilliant and applied the upgrade to my account. Great service all round . Keep it up 6G!

I have underground cable connection to my house, as has all the local neighbourhood. One socket feeds to my router providing my whole house Internet needs.I do not need an antenna on the roof. I also don't need any cabling tacked to my skirting boards! Or cable connecting the antenna to my router. I do however now have a back to the last century style wooden telegraph pole outside my house linking the horrible looking silver metal transmitting arrays with a single wire on a road which previously didn't have any wires at all, why? BECAUSE THERE ALREADY EXISTS UNDERGROUND CONNECTIONS! It will be interesting reading when the financial contributions to local councillors together with the current background financial investigations are completed.

Ive just had Wass come to look into my internet issues. He explained everything he was doing, and what the issues were that he found. He replaced the router, and got everything connected and running again. Although there was still some speed issues, he made sure that the fault was logged and being investigated before he left. Happy with the service he provided.

Would you find it suspicious if a BRAND NEW internet provider, who have really, really upset so very many residents by putting up 1950's style telegraph poles, legally bypassing ALL local planning permission, all over the country suddenly starts getting LOADS of 5 STAR REVIEWS from FIRST TIME reviewers? Yeah, me too!! This company have chosen to put up these ugly poles simply because it's cheaper than putting the Fibre Optic Cable underground, unlike all the other Fibre Broadband providers have! I give them ZERO STARS.

Absolutely shocking worked fast while the engineer showed us it working since he left it's been terrible talk talk was 10 times better constantly dropping out this one

Just had our new 6G internet installed. Installers arrived on time, were very polite,helpful and knowledgeable. Delighted with the wifi performance. Very happy so far.
