What a complete waste of time!! It never worked and I was on the phone every day trying to get them to sort it out. I use the internet to work from home and I lost so much business due to their terrible service. I finally managed to cancel the contract (After a strongly worded phone call with reference to legal action) I am now waiting for them to remove the dish off the roof that I am going to be charging them a daily charge for the rent of the space up there if they don't hurry up. All these ugly poles with dishes on put everywhere and more wooden poles littering the streets for what?

The gentlemen that came to install my Internet were Sam,Dan S,Jay and Dario were great lads and were very helpful and prompt in every area of the job will recommend 6G Internet to everyone Amanda Spencer.

Total waste of a company turned up am instead of pm .I work nights so woke me up no apology .then made any excuse not to complete the job . disgusting customer service .these people are amateurs and should cease trading.... avoid

Called up 6Gi on Wednesday and spoke with Shakira. Shakira was lovely and got the plan sorted for 100mbps with the first 6 months at a discount. Got us booked in for Sunday which I thought was very quick for free installation. Clayton was on time and installed everything providing us with information every step of the way. Clayton was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Couldn’t have asked for anything more! Impressed so far!

This internet from you is the worst of all I've had so far, how I leave 3m from the router, how the network drops, it's terrible, I don't have a signal in the whole house, it doesn't work well in the bathroom! I do not recommend!

We have been using their over-the-air service with recent issues of losing connections multiple times a day. It was bad enough to prevent me working from home. The speeds seems to be great when it works but dropping connection over 10 times a day is not reliable for work. The issues were escalated to the technical team and so far seem to have been sorted (in around a week). I wanted to leave this review to thank Omar from customer service who was an absolute gentleman and I could tell he did all he could to deal with my problem. I received a daily call with updates on how far the issue had been escalated. He also sent out a new router free of charge. I never leave reviews like this but really felt it was necessary in this case because of the awesome customer service from Omar. This guy deserves a raise imo. Thanks again. Dr AA

I've been using their FTTC/Openreach offering for the last 6 months, which works fine. I was supposed to be upgraded to their over-the-air offering today, but unfortunately some trees are blocking the path between the transmitter and the receiver on my house. The same also happened to my friend, whom I referred and who lives down the road, and the engineer told him that his was the 4th house that also had the path to the transmitter obstructed by trees. What was even the point of installing the mast if the failure rate would be so high?! It sounds like 6G have not performed their due diligence in the slightest when introducing the service to my area. This also means I won't be able to get the advertised free 6 months, which for reasons unknown aren't offered against the FTTC/Openreach packages; this isn't particularly fair, especially when I'm willing to receive the service but can't due to reasons outside my control.

Poor customer service. I explained when signing up I’d struggle to have someone at home until after 3pm, engineer rang, explained to them: they were extremely unprofessional. Told them I’d like to cancel, rang them again and spoke to someone else, used manipulative sales tactics and was again extremely unprofessional. Even if they called back with a better deal and a date to install that suited me I would still reject as I would not feel confident as a consumer. I genuinely feel like I’ve dodged a bullet with these bullies.

The lads were absolutely superb and went above and beyond even after there shift had finished they still made sure everything was complete to a high satisfaction so many thanks to Dan, Dan, Dan and Dan. The negative my appointment was pushed back 4 times and had a 2 month overall wait time. When the lads arrived the cherry picker wasn’t brought which was the initial reason why it was pushed back 4 times so lots of miss communication on the office side. I did call up and it seemed the women had only just passed her GCSE due to her sarcasm and posture offering an embarrassing gesture of £10 without. Understanding I had taken time off work and lost hundreds and of pounds due to the 4 appointment set back and not bringing what they needed when they arrived. Fair play to the lads they did come back and was fab like I said. The internet is awesome but think they need to sack a few people at the office. Make of this what you will 😅

It was a smooth patient journey with fiona and was straightforward sign up. Other advisors were helpful and managed to connect me back with her in no time. Very good cust serv. however yet to experience real-time service once its available in the area.

What a joke theres reviews on hear with 5 stars are written bye people who work for the company. Internet was down all the time. from day one loosing signal every 2 days not just are internet every one on the street who has switched. They gave us 3 new routers none of them worked right they sent engineer out after a month now it's even worse disconnection every few minutes only been with theres for 2 month and only. never had a full week internet this internet suppliers should not be allowed to sell there product until they have sorted the problems over 2000 people having same problem putting tickets on it unplugging it all plugging in back in done this 18 times in less then 2 months. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

Don't bother with them.. was okay at start but nothing but issues since being installed.. & all they tell you is that your in breach of contract if you leave.. even tho they expect us to pay for Internet we haven't received.. always runs slow at dinner time & tea time, evenings no point even trying to get on.. as soon as my contract runs out I'm gone do not waste your time with this company

Luke and Jacob came and installed the Wifi. Both very professional, friendly & efficient. They were respectful of my home and tidied up after themselves. I’m very happy with the service. Wi-Fi has very strong signal and I would recommend 👍🏻

Jamie and Brad came and was polite and friendly, professional and very neat and tidy, kept us informed and allowed us input into how we wanted the wires running on a newly rendered bungalow..We are very pleased and would highly recommend. Unfortunately Jamie wouldn't give us his Man United season ticket..😂
