Johnsey provided EXTRAORDINARY customer service providing a proof and handling my questions and completing the order what I can only conclude was way after regular hours for them - it was 7:00 p.m. my time when I was getting their help. I've used these folks - this will have been the fourth time - and they - quite frankly - always leave me breathless (no kidding) with the quality of their product and service.
The menus where easy and fast to navigate great when the person you're getting it for could be looking over your shoulder.
Great customer service, I had a picture with hot air balloons in the air but most 3d crystals only focuses people and when cropped to people I would lose the hot air balloons. Other websites I could not speak to anyone. But 3d crystal chat helped me contact their artists and modified the image for review, twice because I was picky. And they added few hot air balloons from the image right above the person. It was perfect. Would definitely recommend it, and I would be ordering more in the future.
Fantastic customer service - an amazing product. I arranged 2 pieces to be part of my personal memorial dedicated to my little soul mate Lucky my cat who was a treasured member of our family of 15 years until her recent passing. This beautiful 3D image will bring back positive memories and diminish the sadness we are feeling at this time. Products look absolutely amazing!!! They contacted me to ensure I wanted 2 crystals with the same image. Arrived in 2 days!!! And via FedEx!!! Packaging was great!! Ensured no damage.
Started by sending photo over whatsapp of our beloved pet who had recently passed away. The person replied almost straight away stating they could work with that. Communication was easy, all questions were answered. I ordered the crystal urn which holds a certain amount of ashes where the candles are set in, they provide crystal covers to put over the ashes and candles can be stood on them. I also ordered the love heart key ring, a light up base on which to sit the crystal urn. Having received the items sooner then expected. I couldn't be happier with the product that arrived. Beautiful 3d artwork from the photo I sent. Beautiful crystal. Brilliant light base. I only expected one colour of light but to my surprise it has about seven different colours and one setting changes them at gentle pace. As night draws in the image and the colours get better. The key ring even has a small light. Having said all that we have decided not to put ashes into the urn and simply keep it as it is. Again a beautiful object with a beautiful image of our much loved dog. She definitely deserved something like this wonderful product to remember her by. I genuinely cannot find any issues with this company or product they promise. I'll be using them again, the only good thing is I now know the product and will be happy and feel safe and comfortable ordering. The moto "you get what you pay for" is true. Well done 3d Crystal. Thanks for being the first to bring joy instead of more grief. Brilliant would highly recommend. I've written this whilst looking at the product. GOOD COMMUNICATION. EXCELLENT PRODUCT. EXCELLENT DELIVERY. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Plenty of reasonably priced products or higher priced ones that I purchased to choose from. Well worth paying in my view. Brilliant. I cannot find how to upload videos of product on here even though google says trustpilot provides this facility automatically. I'll happily upload later if I can figure out how to do it. I have had the pleasure of dealing with a few customer service representatives at 3D Crystal but Asad truly goes above and beyond to ensure everything is taken care and YOU are happy with the product. 11/10 experience, I cannot recommend them enough!

I found this online and I tried the mobile version and app sucked. I tried calling the customer service I was amazed to first of all be able to talk to a human being. I'm very much impressed with the customer service provided by Melissa, an angel who went above and beyond and is very patient in solving all my concerns about how it would look, my shipping options, getting the best value, help with payment etc. She was able to provide me a preview via email and took time to discuss further details until I was completely satisfied.
We should have looked at dimensions, (which are clearly listed). Small is much smaller than we expected. Also thought image would be darker. Our dog was black with gray. Crystal shows just a shadow or ghost like display. On website, illustration shown shows crystal to reflect tone of picture. This looks more like a negative. Package was shoved into our mailbox 4 to 5 hours after our regular mailman had already delivered mail. Only found out package had delivered because I had requested notification upon delivery. Box was badly smashed on one end. Kudos to whoever packed crystal. There was no damage.
