Finding 35w high pressure sodium bulbs for my 30+ year old outdoor safety lights were akin to a "needle in the haystack" search but 1000Bulb.com came through. What stood out was their packaging for the shipment. These two bulbs already encased in their thin cardboard wrappers, were packed in foam pellets like two new eggs surrounded by superb cushioning in a very roomy box. BRAVO !!!

great ordering experience. Website is detailed, pricing was good, delivery was quick. TCP bulbs purchased seem to have a flicker every half hour or so, so I am removing the dimmer switch temporally to rule out the switch.

Price gouging!! They sold me 5 mask KN95 for $20 back in May and now they send me a email selling them for $2.99. What a dishonest place. Sad!

I called a large order in and was given an additional discount from already low prices. The representative was well informed on products which she recommended and I am very happy with said LED fixtures. I picked up about 50 fixtures so they were on a pallett and wraped so I didn't count them to verify. Unfortunately at home 1 fixture was missing and I emailed them and they automatically sent me the missing fixture. Everything about 1000bulbs.com is great. The service, prices and products! Happy to report that my order arrived promptly and intact. Received 8 days after ordering, which was unexpected since there are still Covid19 related delivery delays with all carriers in my area. A box of small, fragile clear glass bulbs came with zero damage. I anticipated 2 or 3 to be "lost" in transit. The only negative is that shipping fees were quite high for a only a few small items. One item was priced notably lower than other sources so the total $$$ for the order was still competitive.

Catastrophically bad product description resulted in me ordering 24 of the wrong product. And this is my fault since I did not see some text in the THIRD detail photo????

LED Downgrade! Purchased 13 Units 75 Watt LED Vapor Tight lights to replace 10 year old Fluorescent Vapor Tight fixtures. Lights were dimmer and tested at only 64 Watts. Then they tried to cheat me on the return.

Purchased 20 N95 masks @ about $138. First mask outta the box did'nt last 20 minutes. The item is expensive junk.

Unethical too! This company is in TX, a state with enormous amounts of COVID hospital cases creating a N95 mask shortage. And they are selling them by the case for 6.5 times the original price. What a bunch of crooks!

I ordered an electronic ballast after telling your associate what kind of light I had and answered all of her questions pertaining to the light. When I received the ballast, the wires were too short to mount the ballast in the light. You evidently sent me the wrong ballast. Your company wants me to pay the return freight. This is not right ! HELP

I always start with 1000bulbs when I need bulbs. Especially when I need a special bulb. I can spend time going to the big box stores with no results or I can get what I want here the first time. I use special bulbs like explosion-proof and base down and can always find what I want with 1000bulbs. Shipping is great also.

Definitely buying more.. I was impressed with how bright the lights on the cable are. It works on amezing and as described. I received earlier that expected so that made me very happy. So far is workinglike a charm and I can't wait to buy few more.
