The Staff were extremely helpful in finding an old order which I needed to renew. An easy process all round, with the items arriving in good time. For once a pleasure to put in an order with confidence.
We replaced our 8 Lowbay 400w Metal Halide lamps with 160w LED's from Jacksta Energy, The light is just as bright if not brighter, my son thinks they are great but it is taking me a while to get used to the new light colour. We still have florescent lamp fittings around the perimeter of the workshop which seems to balance the colour.

I spoke with Craig Shepherd who gave me useful information about the service, particularly about how Energy Advice Line vet and choose the partners they work with. This was much better than the 'call-centre' conversation I had with another comparison provider. I felt he was really knowledgeable and had been with the company for many years, which gave me peace of mind that I was dealing with a company that cared about their reputation and satisfaction of clients. There is also a concern that accurate estimates are used for quotes, rather than inflate usage estimates as other companies do to procure false low quotes which could then cause us trouble further down the line. I would have rather know in advance that the lead time was 1 month rather then waiting in for 2 days for the delivery and when it did not come I have to ring the office to find out the reason and then to be told that it will be a further month is totally unacceptable as my builder was waiting to install the tray and it upsets the planning.
