Emails to them do get occasional replies but this comes from a wierd email address with numbers. Phone number disconnected. Reported the website to National Cyber Security Centre and the bank. The payment was made to ACQ Group and I have reported them to companies house. AVOID 100%

Scam website, will take your money and not deliver anything, do not part with your money!!!!!
*****SCAM****** Fake website, it looks authentic and really well put together but they will take your money and then you can’t contact them. They send an order confirmation email, then another email requesting your mobile number for courier delivery, then another saying they’ll forward your number to courier, then another saying here’s your tracking number but there’s no tracking number. If you email them it bounces back and phone number doesn’t work. The emails that they keep sending are probably designed to string you along to delay you reporting them as a scam. I reported to Action Fraud, the National Fraud and Cyber Crime Reporting Centre. I wish I had seen these reviews before we ordered drones for Christmas presents. Thankfully we got the money back from our bank within a few days.
Paid for a drone, no communication by message or email at all! The website looks very professional but it’s not, I believe this company to be a complete scam, If you check companies house it ceased trading in 2015, In the last month the website has been taken over by a Latvian owned ACQ Group? Luckily for me it looks like my bank has returned my payment,
Thieves, Stole over £1000 for a drone and didn’t send anything. I’ve sent many emails with no contact from them. When I tried to phone the number does not exist.
Total scam. Fake website, fake trustpilot rating displayed on site. Says 4.9 on the site but it’s actually 1. Phone number doesn’t work, they don’t respond to emails. They take your money and don’t send anything.
This is a scam I've emailed loads of times they are now asking for my mobile number this is why it wasn't sent and I email back and it says this is not a valid email il be contacting my bank and getting my money back
This is a scam. I ordered a drone yesterday through their site but no confirmation and tracking id came till now. This is not legit. Please dont waste your money.

Excellent wireless sound system - Good advice was given regarding the most suitable equipment to get - not just the most expensive. The kit was a wireless sound system for a school and worked well straight out of the box, having been configured by Electro Supplies before shipping and they called after delivery to check that all was OK - it was. We will purchase from them again without hesitation.
