Support is good, they always answer my emails and follow-up to be sure everything is OK.

Good priced service but unfortunately with great limitations. I try to use this to back-up fotos and documents. Firstly there is no client available. You cannot use Safari or Firefox. You are advised to install and use google crome. You cannot upload more than 1000 files at a time. Provided solution is "to upload more than 1000 files to the Vault, you will need to divide the files into smaller groups and to upload one group at a time.". I have +50 000 pictures at a total size of 70 GB, so not that much disk space needed. To manage these in bunches are very inconvenient. Add to that it takes looong time to upload one bunch. When trying upload in parallel GoogleCrome stops working or my computer runs out of memory. This service is more for small volumes of data. Does not work for me.

So I purchased the basic package as this will meet my needs. Great concept to have the two different storages. My big thing is my photos. Soon after activation I get a welcome email and this is from my go to person. Very impressed. After a few glitches due to my not knowing the how to, I am up and running. At times things go well and other times the program stops; doesn't start as per schedule and so on. After a few emails to support we set up a teamviewer session. Again am impressed. Remote in and do a few things and told all should be sorted and work properly. First schedule back up works, but is rather slow. Give feedback to support. No response. Second scheduled back up simply does not work. Give feedback to support and ask for help ( even copy my go to person in on email) and all I get is a deafening silence. What is the point if the program - at best - works intermittently? And then support just doesn't bother. Very unimpressed and can't recommend Zoolz based on my experience.

It's an incredibly good value: price, space, versioning, automatic function. Things can get a tad techy in figuring out how to do everything, but I got a very quick answer to a functional question from their customer support. That's encouraging. Sooner or later, everyone needs help with something, and it's a comfort to know that help is there for you quickly.

Very VERY good Support & I didn't even have to wait very long for the very detailed response from them. They are there when you need them and that alone counts BigTime for me. Zoolz keep up the great Software, Support & Service. :)

I recently realised just how good Zoolz is when I discovered that, after resetting my computer, Zoolz copies previously uploaded files from the archived one to the 'new' computer so that everything is in one place. I have the cold storage option. I knew it kept those files under the archived computer name so I would search to see which new files I needed to add. I've now realised how Zoolz works (note to self: Read the blurb!) and it's brilliant. Now, I just check the folders on my desktop dashboard, knowing that there will be no unnecessary bandwidth usage my end for files already uploaded. I have also discovered that I've lost some files from my EHD and I am able to download them from Zoolz. It didn't actually take long to be advised that they were ready, maybe because I wasn't wanting a whole bunch at once but I love the cold storage option and the price, and I'd be very happy to wait for however long if I did ever lose all my files. Also, when I emailed Zoolz after being a bit confused about why it changed my computer name even though it was the same one, they responded quickly and thoroughly. I'm super pleased with having this service that gives me such a large storage capacity for my digital files 'up there' at a cost I can afford. There's really no good reason why anyone would not be able to save their data to a cloud service for added security. For confidential stuff, I'd zip with a very strong password (generated by and saved to my password manager) before uploading. Oh, and I noticed that files deleted on my computer were instantly marked as such online but were still available for download. When I deleted them from my Zoolz account - because they were copied to my current computer - I enjoyed seeing my total usage drop. That was kinda fun. ~ Robin

I had excellent technical support that addressed a user interface problem. A live session was suggested as the most efficient manner to observe the problem and troubleshoot. The support team spent 45 mins. reviewing settings and evaluating logs. They answered multiple questions about their services. The Zoolz backup system is a solid and reliable system backup service.
