This is my first time ordering from Zazzle. What a great experience. Fast service. I just received my shipment today. The Stickers and Rack Cards are PERFECT. They are classy and high quality. I fell in love with the design and pastel colours. My hobby is baking so I ordered for my cookie boxes that I give to family and friends. Such a nice personal touch and so much nicer then what I can make myself. Service was amazing. When I discovered I had made a spelling error on one of my Rack Cards, Joanna was quick to respond and handle. THANK YOU Joanna. :) I highly recommend.

Best customer service EVER! I ordered some wrapping paper, when I got to the middle of the roll I realized the logo was messed up. I commented on the sellers page, not expecting anything to happen since it was 6 months after I ordered. Customer Service reached out to me asking if they can send me a new roll for free. Just amazing.

I like the invitations but the print on it is a little small - especially the name of the honoree. It’s very hard to read.

They have inconsistent policies. I ordered a t-shirt that had a Linux Tux logo(while it is trademarked, they allow commercial use without permissions) and they canceled it due to an incorrect trademark violation. I was curious and looked up the same shirt from the same seller and it was still listed. Not only that, but it was also $7 cheaper. So, I tried again, and it went completely through and shipped. It is going to get here three days later than the order confirmation says it will. Never trust a company with inconsistent policies.

Not notified of upcoming renewal of membership (that is set up when you first purchase) Very poor behaviour as it is ripping off customers. Perhaps gone to junk but funny that no other zazzle goes to junk! Had the mail through fine saying I was charged and welcome to another year of awful zazzle.
