The business cards were awesome and arrived ahead of schedule.

Well, the product overall would’ve been very nice. It arrived with a crease down the entire left-hand side of the poster board running through all of the pictures. I’m not sure at what point in the process. It occurred as the shipping boxes were not damaged.

I e-mailed them about getting my daughter's Sweet 16 Welcome sign 3.5 weeks in advance and they said no problem if I take express shipping (3 to 5 days). We waited and waited and it never got to us, so my daughter had her party with no sign which was frustrating. At first they wanted to just give us a 30% discount on the next order until I needed to send constant e-mails about our displeasure for them to finally give me us refund. Never ordering from them again.

Shame you don’t offer negative stars. Business card order. Detailed information on back is impossible to read. There was no contrast between ink and background color unlike the online preview. There was obviously no proofing before or after printing. Avoid using them.

They did not put the time of event!!!!!

They automatically without permission or consent put you into a membership and then say they can’t refund it because there are no refunds. Many people have been scammed with this be careful and read everything before clicking ok on anything. I still have yet to receive proof on when I said ok to a $20 yearly membership that I know I would never use since I only purchased cards one time with them. Don’t get scammed

I ordered seat assignment cards and envelopes for my wedding. I personalized them both with some extra touches, and oh WOW did they come out beautifully, especially the envelopes. Zazzle did a great job printing these and they came very quickly, too. Here's the other part that makes this company awesome: the post office had lost the package, and Zazzle's customer service immediately offered to reprint them and send them to me again expedited at no extra charge to me. How great is that??? Luckily the post office found the package, so Zazzle did not have to waste their time and money but I really appreciate that they were willing to do that. You don't see this kind of customer service very often these days. Thanks Zazzle :)
