Quick response. Great service. Received my order of a unique ship's mug with crest so quickly (within in 3 days)! Unfortunately, I was notified that my other order of another ship's mug was cancelled due to trademark infringement but I was notified immediately and credited back. I appreciate the quick response.

I ordered business cards from zazzle, and the time frame is not acceptable for my business. They are going to take almost 2 weeks, everywhere else is 5 to 10 days. Than they ship through usps, which is the slowest type of mailing. I've ordered cards from another company and will have them tomorrow, 6 days from order date. I will probably be sending zazzle the cards back when they show up sometime next week
