If there was a zero rating There ordering process is not an easy process I made an error on a event name so I deleted it I made a correction and placed the order they delivered a portion of my order it was not visible to read on both my cards I called to complain the service advisor was extremely hard to understand so my communication was frustrating I called back to explain my conserns again with no resolution I asked when the rest of my order would be delivered she gave me a date so when I received my wedding invitation I got two different orders the order i didn't place with the correct order I placed, the envelopes had no insert that I ordered & the wrong order had white ENVELOPES which I didn't order it was so messed up for a whooping $408. Dollars i complained and the lady said you can get this done again you would have to make a new order!!! This company is incompetent I would not recommend them they are a rip off I asked for a refund on the unordered cards & ENVELOPES they messaged me back saying we will review your order! Now why would I order a mistake that I corrected before placing that order and they still sent it. I give them a 0 zero rating for bad customer service and 0 rating for bad business there cards were cheap quality!! Zazzle

Good company. I’ve bought tens of thousands of dollars of coffee mugs and sweatshirts that I designed myself. Images on the mugs are unbelievably good. Sweatshirts, pick the right photo (bright and clear and not too cropped out) and the images are very good. Pick a dull color especially one that is over/enlarged to fit the sweatshirt photo area, not as good. Good customer service. Money back guarantee.

I was less enamored with the quality of the labels (sorry) than I thought I would be. They were not at all like some previous very professional labels that I had ordered from Shutterfly.

Prompt service

I ordered a price list window sticker to display in my shop but the sticker came damaged and I refused the delivery at the door. I contacted Zazzle to request a replacement and they asked me to send pictures of the damaged item which I couldn’t produce as the item was with the courier company being returned. I chased them twice, not to have my money back but to have a replacement sticker which only cost around £20, and they keep ignoring my emails. Never again, such sad company..
