Delivery on time Did what it said on the label
The part that I ordered arrived on time but through my mistake this was not what I wanted. I returned it and received a refund within a few days,

Items either dont turn up atoll or a a week late. Do not have a wide range in store.
Got in touch with my local Yesss electrical with an enquiry but they never got back to me so i had to order from there website and had to pay for delivery was told they would inform me when the parts were dispatched but all i got was an e-mail saying the parts were ready for collection so after a couple of e-mails they finally delivered to my home address
Normally very good service on Doncaster Cables to order. However, wrong cable was sent from another branch. Local branch sorted out the problem within a week, but were poor at keeping me updated. Not being able to keep the end customer informed then reflects badly on me.
Order through company app went wrong turned up at Brighton store no light available, and quizzed about company account.
Very helpful assistant who found exactly what was needed, and gave me further information and advice I required. Thank you
