I ordered a 25 metre length of cable. The advice note stated 25 metres. When I uncoiled from the drum, there was only 15 metres. When I notified Yesss, they stated that they had proof from the warehouse of 25m being cut as well as a weight check from the courier. This was incorrect information they have received so it concerns me what checking procedures are in place as only 15m was recieved. No refund or replacement was offered due to it being over 30 days from delivery which I understand, but the most concerning part is the 'proof' Yesss have received from their warehouse and courier
Sale ok, but they constantly spam email you for a review, this is from the 5th email I've had requesting a review, if every purchase I made did this I'd never get any work done to need to buy anything, I'll never use this company again because of this. And the same for anyone else who bullies and spams until you review them.

First heater came damaged. Box was undamaged and looks like heater was a previous return. Replacement heater was also damaged through being damaged en route. They wanted me to take first heater back to one of their warehouses, presumably too save themselves the cost of postage. After heaters were returned, no correspondence from them to say refund had been given so had to keep checking and it took over a week for the money to appear.
when I went into preston store person serving me kept talking to other staff they even said you have customer I bought lites on condition link leads available next day promised link leads for lights I bought next day said he would phone me next day no phone call rang to told will only be in tomorrow!! dreadfully customer service will never use them again delayed completion of my kitchen I will stick to amazon I future they understand customer service try to use local business but just not good enough

Super fast and efficient delivery of an EV home charger. Pity about the chosen delivery service provider who just threw the package over my garden gate - a drop of 6 ft.!
I was very happy with this company. I made an online order mistake and by phoning them, they were able to help me resolve the error I made. They also e mailed me with updates,they were very helpful, and my order was delivered the next day.
There was an issue with the original delivery, wrong item supplied, but excellent response from Customer Services who quickly resolved the problem and supied the correct item.

Fast delivery
Item not on Amazon. The manufacturer gave prices and Yesss was best. The device came the next day and our electrician was able to fit it with in 2 hours so period of anxiety minimal

All Staff are working hard to help us out The problem is the app we have to use half the materials are not on the app . Takes to long to find anything..I definitely agree with the reply from yess. I have reported this back to our management team. Every one we have had dealt with at Yess couldn't be more helpful.
