Part arrived & is as ordered. I would have given 5 stars but for the £19.99 delivery charge for a circuit breaker. Royal Mail would have done the same service for under £5.00

Wrote to customer services asking for the best replacement lights as the prior were no longer available. Immediate response and went on to purchase, receiving said fittings less than 48 hours later, well and securely packed. Very impressed.

I went in to my local Hastings branch for a quote. A week later and no one had got back to me, but as i knew what some of the simple parts were that i wanted i ordered those from the Yess website. The order was processed very quickly and delivered however, the first delivery attempt was unsuccessful due to the delivery address not being given to the delivery company by Yess. I had to contact DHL & confirm my address to receive my order on a 2nd attempt. The parts i received were correct.
