After I placed my order, I was contacted to pay about $200 for insurance associated with shipping. I refused and then was offered many combinations of warranty, lower price on the item, and reduced insurance...all of which resulted in paying additional money on top of the price listed. In the end, my order was canceled. I feel the insurance "game" is just a way to cover the real shipping cost.
Way too slow delivery, still has not arrived. Sat in warehouse for 7 days, then we get a half inch of snow, and the delivery team postpones for 2 more days.
As long as you're not in a hurry the TV is great. Delivery guys were fantastic. Setup was easy!

Nice drivers and very quick to get it unloaded, but they left a mess everywhere after opening it to make sure it worked and then just left everything there for us to clean up. Didn't even put everything back in the box.

Was skeptical at first, I couldn't believe a Q90 4KTV would be so cheap. Went ahead and took the plunge and purchased a 65" Samsung Q90 and held my breath for everything to go smoothly. It took roughly 2 weeks for the TV to travel from NJ to Los Angeles. Received notification that it would be delivered from 6-10am on a Monday. Tuesday comes and I get a call at 5:50am and was told that they were 25 minutes away. They arrived brought the TV into my house, unboxed it and tested it to make sure it arrived in Perfect condition. Signed the paperwork and off they went. I have already recommended ielectrica to everyone. I will most definitely purchase another one soon. Thank you for your excellent service
Ordered the 65Q90R from the ebay iElectrica store. It arrived in < 7 days. The delivery company (AM Trucking) carried the television into my living room, unboxed and powered it up. All went fast and well. Very satisfied!
