I was alittle skeptical at first due to the prices being significantly lower than any other seller but everything went great. Customer service was great with quick and helpful responses when I had questions. The delivery service was quick and friendly when they came to the house. Would recommend.
We ordered a great TV at a good price and had good communication with ielectrica. Our only disappointment is that in world of getting things almost instantly, it took longer than we had hoped, but still within the promised time.
We purchased a TV using eBay offers. PayPal iElectrica provided a great price on our big flat screen TV. They communicated with us by email. The unit was delivered by a separate delivery service AMTrucking. Neither iElectrica nor the contractor were easy to reach via telephone. However the TV was delivered on the date indicated. The drivers carried the TV into the house, removed half of the shipping carton and powered the TV up to confirm it was working. It was up to us the customer to move the TV into place and connect it to our cable service and accessories We purchased a five year warranty service through Consumer Priority Service. So far (a few weeks) the TV is working fine.
It’s been 14 days since I ordered my soundbar and still nothing. I received an email confirming my order on Dec. 7th but no other communication until this email for a review. I called and got ahold of someone on my second try a few days ago. The lady said it would arrive yesterday. Nothing yesterday or today. Tried calling about 10 times today but never got an answer. I was excited about the price but communication is so bad that the trade off is questionable. I’m still not convinced the company is legit. My patience has worn out.

Great job in all respects. Good ordering process, shipment tracking. They called to set up a delivery time. Brought in the TV to the living room, unboxed it. Then they turned it on to make sure it was working. Not bad for the discounts iElectrica gives you.
They cancelled my ebay order from them because I started a case with ebay to where my order is. I hadn't received it yet after 16 days and ebay opened a case in which they would investigate for 5 days. I would have let them and make my decision after those 5 days. Ielectra just took it upon themselves to cancel my order and refund me my money.
They had the lowest price on the net at the time but dealing with them seems shady. They act like used car salespeople that are in a hurry to get to the next customer. Super slow and delayed delivery service. But I did get what I wanted at the price I wanted!
they should at least have them put the tv together on the stand for paying extra 80 dollars for service
we followed the delivery process and all happened as promised. TV delivered on time and in good shape, thanks! now we just need to work on calibrating the TV color!

Ordered a tv that said in stock on the website. Card was never charged and I called two days later and they said it was out of stock whenever I ordered. To be fair, it was cyber Monday so business is usually very busy but I checked a couple of days later and it said it was still in stock so they never changed it after I talked to them. So it's either one of two things - poorly managed or bait and switch.
Ordered via phone and the order that came through was for the wrong TV. This vendor never responds to the "contact us" section on their website. After not receiving a shipment email after 4 days, had to hunt for a phone number to call them and only then was the TV released for shipment. The shipping company that they use (AM trucking) also has a horrible service, with tracking info that doesn't update.
Was shopping for a TV during Black Friday weekend and found iElectrica.com had the best price. I submitted my order on Saturday and received an email confirmation. Tuesday came and my order was still listed on their website as "Processing". So I email them asking when it was going to ship. They emailed me back later that night saying they had sold out of the model. I checked their site and it was still listed as being in stock!! Now the Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals were done. Nice, eh?
