We had an excellent experience. The tv was delivered on time and the drivers stayed in contact when they got in our neighborhood. The men were very polite, brought the tv in the house, opened it and plugged it in to make sure it worked. Very nice! We are so pleased with the tv. The picture is amazing.

Still waiting for delivery or at least an update. Only thing can review at this point is lack of communication regarding any type of delivery estimate other than “you’ll get a call”...been over a week since paying for high end Samsung TV....hoping to hear soon and receive a great unit..but only hope at this point in time.
Although shipping was freea,it took nearly 3 weeks to receive the TV.
The price was excellent and the delivery was safely and professionally done.
Straight forward buying experience. Purchased on-line. Prior to buying, the sales rep didn't tell me this was an Asian product that couldn't be warranty registered in the US by Samsung. Still not sure if the factory one year warranty would be honored by Samsung. Delivery was a bit slow, but the trucking company was responsive and delivered in the promised window. For the price, it's good value.
