I wanted a Samsung 75" TV with a TS01 panel. iElectra advertised the TV with a TS01 panel and TV arrived in good condition as described. Had to call to get final price as added "insurance" to the free shipping price of $3,999. Quoted $357 additional for insurance making the total purchase price $4,356. Ordered as price is still a good deal and had the panel I wanted. No high pressure sales pitch for extras like extended warranty (although they did ask) or follow up phone calls. TV shipped out the next day. Overall, very happy and good buying experience. I would buy from iElectra again, just negotiate on the "insurance" premium (which we all know is already included in the shipping charge by the shipping company) as just extra profit.

Superb customer service. After shopping around for a samsung soundbar, I looked online to see if I could find one at a better price than the retail stores. I found the exact model I was looking for in on ielectrica, and the price was excellent. I purchased the soundbar and got my tracking number. After a few days, I checked the tracking number with fedex and noticed that the label had been printed, but had never left the warehouse, and seemed lost. I called ielectrica and the guy on the phone said that there must of been an issue with fedex, and told me that he was just going to send me a new one and file the claim with them. The new one showed up on my doorstep in 2 days! I love the fact that ielectrica handled it everything, just stuck another one in the mail, and dealt with Fedex on their own, without me doing anything. Soundbar sounds excellent!

I bought a curved tv on 1-14-15 and as promised it was delivered three days later. I came across iElectrica Googling for competitor prices for a top of the line 55” Samsung Curve TV. There are a lot of scam online retailers that I had to weave through before coming across iElectrica. I did my due diligence and researched the company to only find positive reviews. I gave them a ring and spoke with Sean, who confirmed the price of the TV, availability, and allowed me to swing by the warehouse to pick up the product. I purchased an extended 5-year warranty to cover any unforeseen circumstances. I saved hundreds bellow retail and had instant gratification. If you are hesitant of purchasing from this online retailer don’t be, this is a legit 5 star company that provides electronics at highly competitive prices.

I heard nightmare stories about buying televisions over the internet, especially large ones. I was looking into purchasing the LG 84 inch 9800 series. The price I got from ielectrica was $6,300 including shipping and insurance. This is compared to the retail price of $8,999. Add tax to that and it would have cost me $9,562 to purchase it at a store nearby. I was a bit worried about buying such an expensive item online, but I was impressed with ielectrica's reviews online, especially those on Amazon and EBay. Also, I was able to talk to someone at their offices in Florida and they were quick to respond to my emails. The television was shipped by UPS Frieght and arrived at my place in only 4 business days (I live in Massachusetts). The only thing I was disappointed about was the fact that UPS had only one driver. This tv weighs over 200 lbs. in its package. Luckily someone was at my house to help the driver take it into the garage. The tv was set up yesterday and it looks great. I am so happy I purchased this tv from ielectrica. I saved a ton of $ and it was a painless process. -Chris

We ordered a top of the line 3D TV. iElectrica's price was about $230 below that of other reputable online sellers of electronic products. We knew from checking out online reviews that we should expect to pay this seller $150 to $160 for "mandatory shipping insurance", which still left the net price about $70 below that of competitors. Be alerted, this amount is not disclosed on the website, so order by phone and get an exact quote before you decide whether you want to order. iElectrica did not try to pull any of the scams other online sellers are infamous for (saying the offered price, often hundreds of dollars below competitors' prices, is only for a "commercial" model of inferior quality and then insisting you buy a "residential" model at the same or higher price than is available elsewhere; charging hundreds extra for "white glove delivery" or an extended warranty whether you want it or not). The TV arrived in good condition 7 business days after ordering, exactly as promised. If you think you can save $700 from the average price you are probably dealing with a scam operation. The $70 savings with iElectrica was real.

quick delivery, cheapest price even after surprise 4% extra charge I was skeptical about making such a big purchase (Samsung 4K 3D Curved 65" Smart TV) from such a small company. So, before I made the purchase I took every precaution possible since I didn't want to get screwed, especially since iElectrica had the TV for the cheapest price on the internet that I could find. Other small online retailers came close to iElectrica's price of $2570, but charged an additional 8% tax and $150 shipping; and forget about local retailers like BestBuy since they're price was probably a thousand dollars more! After reading the various shipping terms and return policy which clearly stated no returns on TVs over 42" I became quite weary but they claimed that if the reason for return was damage due to shipping, you can simply not sign for it if you see damage upon arrival to return it and if there is a problem with the tv you are covered by the manufacturers warranty. I decided to call Samsung and see if this was legit, they said that if there is anything broken (even a single dead pixel) they will trouble shoot it over the phone, if they can't fix it that way they will send a repairman to your home, if they still can't fix it they will replace the tv! At this point buying from ielectrica began to sound like a good idea. Thus, I decided to buy the TV using a credit card just to be safe so that I could dispute the charge if anything else went wrong. Now this next part almost cost Ielectra a star in my rating: they called me up after the weekend of my purchase to tell me that they would be charging me an extra fee of 4% for shipping insurance. I did not notice any mention of this on the website before purchase but it may have been there hidden in fine print somewhere - I was however aware that this might happen after hearing about it in someone's review. Honestly, I think that is a shady business practice and the fee should be clearly stated right next to the buy now button or on all the invoices before the purchase us finalized. I decided to buy the tv anyway since it was still about half as much as tax would have been in my state or shipping would have been on another site. At this point I worried that the site was a scam that just sent everyone the same broken tv box and ended up charging everyone the insurance price when they returned it every time. However, The TV was delivered to my home within the week without any damage to the box, and the delivery crew even helped to bring it up stairs without any extra fee. The TV was set up and now works like a charm, so I am a very happy customer.
