I found the best reputable dealer price for the Samsung 65" 4K TV with ielectrica. While their website indicates they generally ship in 24 hours, they did not in my case. I emailed them in the afternoon of the 2nd business day, but never received a response. I called on the 3rd day to see what the holdup was. I was told they could not ship until they got my approval on the $159 shipping insurance fee. I reluctantly agreed and they shipped that day. The product was received a week later in good condition. The free shipping is a gimmick as the "insurance" charge appears to be the cost of shipping, so the price is no where as competitive as it appears. In addition, I emailed their customer service on another matter and never received a response, so don't bother trying to communicate by email.

I purchased this high end LG OLED TV on line with admitted reservation. I was concerned having not previously dealt with iElectrica on any purchase let alone an expensive TV that had to be shipped 2500+ miles. The purchase and delivery were flawless and the TV arrived in about one week with no damage. The price plus the cost of the 5 year service agreement was unbeatable.

I was initially hesitant on buying an expensive tv off ielectrica but service was great. I received the tv in a timely fashion and the tv was in perfect condition. The box had some bumps and scrapes but everything inside was perfect. I would definitely be shopping with them again.

I chose iElectrica.com bc of their great prices and also they have a good reputation as verified by checking with the Better Business Bureau. My TV arrived within 7-10 days and was exactly what I ordered. the delivery service called in the a.m. to confirm the time and opened and plugged in the tv to be sure it was working. I spoke with iElectrica customer service several times during their business hours and they were always helpful with information on delivery. They also helped me get some additional equipment t I wanted after the purchase. For such a big purchase, I wanted to be careful to deal with a reputable seller and after this experience so far, I would recommend to me friends so I hope this review gives you some useful feedback.
