Poor customer service and will never try to buy any stuff .
From beginning to end I was very very pleased with the good folks at iElectrica. First of all their prices are incredible. Second their delivery service was perfect. I had a problem with delivery over Memorial day weekend, called Tuesday am -- and my LG was in my living room, unboxed and ready to go in less than two hours after my phone call. And iElectrica made sure it was there asap! Great people to do business with.
Everything went well and the price is below market average, just i was informed to buy the shipping insurance which cost me extra money after the purchase.
Purchased 80 inch Ultra HD TV. Arrived in 5 days, and in excellent condition. Now I can really watch the sports.

I was disappointed that they were not flexible ....They called the week previous, to the final delivery, and were initially going to deliver when I was working... Since, I could not except their delivery date, they delayed my delivery to the following WEEK !!!! Bad way to do business, they put me in a Penalty Box because I could not accept their time schedule.
They were prompt, courteous, and made sure my purchase arrived on time. I would definitely buy from them again. They provided outstanding customer service and I bought an oled tv at a great price.
The purchase I made was at a significantly better price than I had seen at any other place on-line or in store. Given that fact, I was a bit hesitant to place my order fearing the reduced price would result in a negative customer experience. I was pleasantly surprised when, once my order was placed, I received timely information on the status of my purchase and its delivery up until the time it reached my home. I won't hesitate again if this vendor has an item I'm looking to purchase...

Just bought a Samsung 85" 4K from ielectrica and they were amazing to buy from. Our TV arrived in less than a week with scheduled delivery service and the item is awesome. Further, we noticed the remote was not working and the 3D glasses were not in the box. Without hesitation, the gentleman I spoke with when I called their customer service number sent us a new remote and a box of 3D glasses. They arrived fedex overnight mail. Really great service.
