Ordered a tv, was sent the wrong one much later than they advertise, had to rebuy the tv in order to get it shipped out immediately which irked me because it was their fault. They could’ve shipped out a new one as soon as they had a tracking number on the wrong one. I get the tv finally and it doesn’t work, get the tech to come out and he asks me if I bought this new or used because the fix he performed with a special remote was one that’s done on tvs that had been used. Of course they claim innocense so it’s either them or LG that sold a used tv. Disappointed in the entire process, quirky responses from my calls to them, and their horrible hours. So buyer beware, I may have to order my TVs in store from now on.
My LG OLED65E7P arrived today factory sealed and in perfect condition. AM Home Delivery brought it in and slid the top off the box and plugged it in to ensure it was perfect before having me accept delivery. I saved over $1,200 vs BestBuy and Tax. I highly recommend iELECTRICA! This was an outstanding purchase! I will do business with them in the future.

Excellent experience. I'm leery of 3rd-party/online retailers because of all the negative feedback I see regarding bait & switch tactics, high pressure upsells, etc. Got none of that with iElectrica, zilch. When I was contacted to confirm the order (65" LG OLED TV), I was offered an additional warranty at a discounted price, which I expected. Nothing wrong with that, and I was not pressured in any way about it. In fact, I bought it (5 yrs) because the total cost of the order was still vastly less than retail. Their shippers contacted me several days prior to delivery to schedule my window, and contacted me again on the day of delivery when they were ~45 mins out. They brought it inside, unpacked it & plugged it in to confirm it worked. 15 days from placing the order to delivery, and that was with the Thanksgiving holiday in between. Great price, and great service. Would highly recommend.

Im pretty sure that i will only buy my tvs from here for the rest of my life. I just purchased my second TV from them in 2 years and the customer service was excellent each time. The first time i bought an LG OLED and this time an 82" 4K Samsung. Both arrived in perfect condition through the door. The Samsung actually came in 1 week, which is almost un heard of when ordering a large tv online. These guys are so good that i was even looking at the Samsung at another store who had it listed cheaper and i called them and they told me that it was a scam and described in detail what the scam would be. So i called the other company and sure enough it was exactly what he said it would be. He then proceeded to tell me that he had it listed at the cheapest on the net. So i took another hour or 2 to research and sure enough he did. I say all that to say at this point with their great customer service and after having spent 6K+ with them. Im a true believer.

There were a few problems during the ordering process, but the customer service rep was knowledgeable about all aspects of the issues with my order and able to resolve the issues. Also, I didn't have a wait long to speak to a person. My item came on time as promised.
